Our product sales policy strictly dictates the following guidelines: the majority of our product, approximately 80%, must be sold through physical retail locations, while up to 20% can be sold online. It’s important to note that this policy excludes any third-party retailers like Amazon.com, Ebay, or their affiliates. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the immediate termination of your wholesale account with Gennur.
Wholesale prices are listed in US dollars and are FOB (Free On Board) from Draper, Utah. As part of our requirements, each account must be able to provide a valid state or country vendor’s license upon request. Please be aware that all prices, minimums, and measurements are subject to correction based on market conditions. Additionally, slight variations in wood and colors may occur.
To clarify, an order refers to a shipment scheduled for a specific ship date and destined for a specific location. Multiple ship date orders and orders with multiple ship-to locations are treated as separate individual orders and cannot be combined. It is essential to place orders in the specified minimum quantities, as any order falling below these requirements will not be processed until the minimums are met.
For shipments outside the USA, please note that you will be responsible for handling any customs, duties, or taxes associated with your country, unless you contact us at [email protected] prior to your first order. In such cases, you can provide us with your broker’s contact information for further assistance.

Wholesale pricing is provided; however, conditions apply.
Minimum Orders
GENNŪR maintains a minimum order requirement of $500, for any customer.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
GENNŪR imposes a minimum advertised price restriction, wherein the discount allowed from the retail price is limited to 20%
Payment Options
GENNŪR accepts all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover) and Paypal. During checkout, you will be billed the exact amount indicated on the invoice, including any applicable freight charges.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are shipped within 4 business days, unless we have agreed to a specified date. Due to this, orders cannot be edited, or changed once they are placed.
Claims and Returns
Upon receiving each shipment, we kindly request that you promptly inspect its contents. In the event of any damages or discrepancies in the shipment, we ask that you report them in writing within 10 days of receipt. Please note that all items claimed as defective, along with the original boxes, packaging materials, and tracking labels, must be retained until the claim is resolved. This is important in case GENNŪR requires the item to be returned before issuing credit, or if the carrier necessitates an inspection for damage assessment.
Refunds and/or credits for claims and/or shipment discrepancies will be processed as swiftly as possible, typically within 3 business days from the initial claims report. Please be aware that any shipment returned or refused without prior authorization and confirmation may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% and return shipping charges.
To initiate a claim or request a return, please submit a written request to [email protected]. Ensure that the subject line of your email includes one of the following: “damage claim,” “discrepancy claim,” or “return.”

GENNŪR holds the ownership or licensing rights to all materials associated with its brand, such as images, logos, designs, icons, photographs, copy, and other content. These materials are safeguarded by copyright and other intellectual property laws. It is important to note that the contents of these materials, whether its in full or in part, may not be scanned, reproduced, published, or distributed without obtaining prior expressed written consent from GENNŪR.
